Spectacularly reaffirms what I already know i.e. that martial art techniques can be difficult to apply when confronted with hostile, in your face encounters. FAST Student

What happens?

A professional FAST team arrive at your location and are responsible for setting up and running the seminar.

You advertise and arrange the venue, we do the rest.

Many clubs and organisations book us to generate additional income.

We also provide FAST training to worthy causes at reduced rates.

How much does it cost ?

Our FAST defence team can run a seminar at your location on a profit share basis.

We can cater for groups between 5 and 24 students. Full costings and profit share  information are available via phone or email.

Typically students pay between £45-£49 per course.

Can anyone do FAST?

The FAST concept originated in the states for survivors of abuse. Courses can be run for a wide range of abilities including children and less able adults. Non physical courses are also available such as EZ defence.

In short FAST can meet the needs of even the most timid individual.
